The band member whose guitar was damaged by United baggage handlers got no satisfaction from the airline, and told them he planned to write a trilogy of songs about his bad experience. Since the video hit YouTube, and started getting a gazillion hits, apparently United has tried to contact him. So far, he's not taking their calls :) Just thought a little background about the Canadian connection would be interesting. Love your blog.
