I was over the moon with the selection in The Digi Files this month. I got some fresh new kits from a couple of my favorite designers as well being introduced to some excellent new-to-me designers. The Amy Wolf kit is definitely going into my favorites folder… I just keep going back to it!
Now I’m excited about the new goodies arriving tomorrow. Do I scrap now or wait? I feel like I kid!!
If anyone is on the fence about a subscription to The Digi Files let me tell you it’s worth the money no matter your subscription type. Try it for a month and I guarantee that you will LOVE it. It’s the best way to find new designers to love, in my opinion because it takes the risk right out of the process. You get access to designers that you may have never found or even thought try. A lot of my favorite designers I only discovered because of The Digi Files. It’s time saver, really, because there’s no need to browse through all the stores and all the designers for one that speaks to you. Steph finds them for you, then puts those downloads and info is one convenient place for a really insanely low price. If you are on a budget like I am, The Digi Files is the absolute best solution for your wallet and your love of digi. You get at least $50 in product, but I think it well over that… so I think everyone should subscribe.
… is it tomorrow yet? It’s hard to sleep on Digi Files Eve. I won’t say that I take my laptop to bed with me and set an alarm for midnight, mostly because I don’t fall asleep until after I’ve seen the preview at least…

I always love Janet’s templates and adore all the animals in the County Bounty kit.
In addition to winning a $10 credit for a designer’s store, I really liked the kits this month and I’m sure I’ll find use for them in the months to come. I also really appreciate the Digi Show discussion on PSE 11′s features. Now, I can’t wait to get it, even though I didn’t buy PSE 10 all that long ago. (At least it’s not the same investment as PS.)

I’ve been in a scrapbook slump for awhile because I am way to perfectionist and never think my final layouts are perfect. Janet’s post this month helped me to remember the reason I got into scrapping in the first place, to be the memory keeper for my family. I’m back to making my layouts beautifully simple. September was the last month in my second year of being a digi game subscriber and I am so thankful that I have subscribed (and will continue to subscribe). I love this hobby as a creative outlet and to capture these precious memories of our lives. As my children get more involved in activities it is harder to balance priorities including keeping up with this hobby. The Digi Game gives me all kinds of resources including supplies and advice and information and inspiration to at least get the photo and words put together in some form. It’s my first stop nearly every morning! This month the “Right Now: Photo Challenge” by Janet, Heddy’s article on scrapping the not so perfect photos and Katie’s information on PSE 11 were all really helpful. Plus the contributions are stellar and I manage to listen to The Digi Show while doing chores. Steph you do an awesome job! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I have two daughters, and the “intensity” and “outspoken” word art in the Life-Long Friends kit describes them perfectly! And they both love purple, so using this kit is a no-brainer for me! I’m a big fan of templates so I’m always glad to see them in the Digi Files.
I think this was one of the best months of digi files.

The kit that I like best this month is Amy Wolfe’s Botanical. I love Laura Banasiak’s Little Pretties word strips though! They totally capture my DD#2. I so wish I had more time to digiscrap.

Unrelated comment – On my Ipad I did not see a way to view the video tutorial. I saw only a blue bar that said Video Tutorial. I did find it in the PDF format and was able to view the video. What am I missing? Thanks.
I enjoyed all the kits but I especially liked Amy Wolff’s Botanical Kit because it goes with all the outdoor activities we did this summer, from camping to our trip to Yelowstone. Janet Phillips’ templates are high on my list of favorites also. These monthly surprises are a great treat! And I look forward to The Daily Digi with all its suggestions, observations, and comments. This was another great month of The Digi Files!! I’m so excited at the beginning of each month to see what new goodies you have for us!
This has been an especially great month for me. My external hard drive crashed and I lost all my digital scrapping supplies. So getting all these new things from some favorite designers and new-to-me designers has been very special.

I love everything about the Daily Digi but I have to say my favorite thing this month was the Playbook on my ipad. I am able to have the Daily Digi with me everywhere, watch and learn, then come back to again and again. Thanks for doing an awesome job!
This month I especially loved the posts “Lift a Layout” and “Photo Challenge: Right Now.” Also, Elise Hansen’s “Learn to Grow Kit” struck a strong chord with me as my oldest started Kindergarten and I was super focused on documenting those memories. Another great month!!!
I really enjoyed this month’s Playbook, our daughter appreciates the iPad version, too! The colors in ‘Learn & Grow’ by Elise’s Pieces is scrumptious and just screaming for me to scrap our grandchildren’s late summer pics. Thank you Daily Digi!

All the kits this month were amazing, I always enjoy the variety. My personal highlight this month was the post on scrap-lifting layouts. I have so many layouts pinned for inspiration and I’m glad to have some practical tools to use.

County Bounty was one of my favorites this month. It was perfect for scrapping our trip to a ranch in Texas! Also, I try to challenge myself each month by using each of the kits at least once. I find it has helped me grow as a scrapper — trying new things I wouldn’t normally. I LOVE the results!

I really enjoy the links under the digi show – I’ve been learning so much about how to organize my digital supplies as well as just getting my digi-life organized on my computer – very helpful!
There are always so many beautiful kits and you know I love the templates! This month, I joined Katie in excitement about PSE 11 (my work-around for actions has been cumbersome at best!). From Valorie Wibbens I learned about Control+J to copy a highlighted portion. I’ve always had to go up to “new layer via copy” so I really want to add this shortcut to my workflow. I also really liked the tutorial in the playbook about changing the color of an embellishment. Using the Option key+brackets was new to me too! Thanks for all you do and see you in the morning!
