Sometimes I get giddy with excitement as I prepare to do a sponsor spotlight. Some designers just amaze me so much that I want to make sure EVERY.SINGLE.SCRAPPER. knows about them. Today’s spotlight, Anne deJong, is definitely one of those designers! Anne just brings something so unique to the digi world. She is the master of oh so realistic paper shapes — flowers, hearts, and MORE. I can’t wait to show you some of my favorite products of hers. But first, let’s look at her gorgeous contribution to THE DIGI FILES 9.
Anne created this GORGEOUS alphabet. I LOVE it! I just love how, well, handmade it is! It just adds that perfect touch to a page! You can get this alpha along with a bunch of other things, all for just $5.00!
Here are some team layouts using the alpha

Hi! My name is Anne. I’m a 30-something SAHM. I live in Alberta, Canada with my husband and 3 girls, ages 7, 4 and 1.
STORE: Anne Made Designs at Scrapartist

It started with a challenge to do a layout featuring your own hand-drawn doodles. I end up creating an entire alphabet and gave that out as a freebie. After a few more freebies I was approached by FPD and started my design career there in March 2007.

Two and a half years

Both! I scrap in spurts though. I usually work on designs for a week or two and then take a break from that and scrap for 2-3 nights in a row.

With my 3 girls keeping me hopping, I usually only find 10 hours a week right now to design. I’d like to do more one day, but for now I’ll take what time I can get!

This one looks really boring – but I use it a LOT: my Chromophobia papers. I just love neutral papers – almost every LO I do starts with a neutral, and the colour is all in the photo and elements.
I’m also loving this alpha right now:

9 try out new dinner ideas
10 scrapping

1 what dry air does to my hair
2 being cold (why do I live in alberta???)
3 that chocolate gives me eczema
4 noise
5 traffic
6 dog hair on my clothes
7 being late
8 that I never get enough sleep

Awesome stuff! I must pay a visit to Anne’s shop, especially since she’s also from Alberta, Canada! A great place to live, IMHO.
Oh super! I wondered where she went…I was following her when she had her fantastic 3-D items at another store… I LOVE her paper items – the different bows and flowers! Thanks for showcasing her!
She is one of my favorites! Thanks for the coupon
