SEVEN Chances to Win

Have you had a chance to see everything that is included in The Digi Files this month?  There are soooo many high quality products packed into this collection, it is amazing!  You get everything pictured here for only $7.50 per month when you become a member! It’s even less than that when you get an annual membership!  Your membership also includes the Playbook each month:

Have you checked out the Playbook recently?  The Playbook is a technique based guidebook featuring layouts created by our team and the tricks they used to complete the looks!  If you have only been digi scrapping for a short time or for many years, there is something inside for you (I always learn something new each month).  The Playbook is a “behind the scenes look” at what happens in our team forum as we share ideas, tips, and tricks.

Plus when you are a member, you get a free EXCLUSIVE kit created by past contributors to The Digi Files every four months you are subscribed.  By being a member, you will never miss an issue of The Digi Files again (and you don’t have to checkout again either!).  There are many more perks we give to members only, too many to list!

Here are some layouts I found in our Flickr group using The Digi Files #27 (images are linked to original layouts):

Now, for the contest!  Leave us a comment about something you enjoyed on The Daily Digi during March.  We will choose SEVEN people from the comments to win $10 in product from one of this month’s designers.  Please only one comment per person!

I know I’m late to the party (it’s spring break, and I am behind on my Google Reader!), but I love this opportunity at the end of the month to tell you how much I appreciate your work! I just love this blog, and love it even more now that I (finally) took the plunge and subscribed to the Digi Files. This month, I have tried to scrap with each kit as it was revealed and it has been a lot of fun — a good way to stay inspired to scrap while also really getting my money’s worth from the “Best Deal in Digi!” I also enjoyed participating in the Reader Challenge and I was so excited to see that I won (woot!).

As for the posts I loved this month:
    – the Keep Calm posters (I shared the one about rebooting with my techy husband!)
    – font tips from Joey
    – journaling prompts from Katie (I liked her story about her son and Burt, and especially appreciated all the links)
    – Katrina Kennedy’s photography tips post. I don’t have a DSLR (but then again, I’m pretty satisfied with my point and shoot, especially after I run a few actions on them), but these tips are perfect for any kind of camera! I shared this with my friends on Google Reader, even though most of them aren’t scrappers. So many easy things to make your pictures just a little better. (And now maybe people will understand why I insist they close closet doors before snapping birthday pictures.)
    – tips on creating new looks with your papers; it was because of this post that I tried out that technique on a layout I did this month.
    – the scrapping roadblock post. I don’t necessarily feel “blocked” with my scrapping (well, I do like blockING, haha), but I still felt inspired to create after seeing that post. Plus that freebie template is just my style! Loved and used both of the freebie templates from the site this month!
    – and I’ve said it before, but I still love and adore the Digi Show. So much fun. I listened to the latest show on my roadtrip and my (non-scrapper) mom listened in with me — I think she liked it, too!

THANKS, Daily Digi team, for all you guys do!! You guys are awesome!

This month I really enjoyed the post creating new looks with your digi-papers. That was an awesome way to, well, create new looks! There’s so much to learn in PS that this simple trick was something I’d never have figured out on my own. It was simple but could be used over and over and over. I really enjoy the site everyday, it’s always got great content.

I really enjoyed the “Creating New Looks with Your Digital Papers” I used that one right away! And “Designing Your Memories and White Space” had great info, I thought your comments abput “trapped white spaces” was so interesting and insightful! The “Keep Calm” post was giggle-worthy for sure, I love all the variations. And Funtastic Friday, has me swooning over the beauty every week! But I think the one that gave me the biggest a-ha! moment was “Journaling Is As Simple As Answering a Question”journaling is always a problem for me, I can’t seem to find a voice that works for me but something in that article really spoke to me.

Thank you for all the great info and everyone’s hard work!

  69. 29
    Kim Brown says:

I love the funtastic Friday’s. I love seeing all the different designers around the blogiverse. I’m fairly new to digi scrapping (novice paper scrapper) and I’m still trying to find someone who’s designs gel with my style. Especially on templates. I love creativity by Chrystal and the stuff at O’scraps, but I’m finding other places that have similar designers that I would never have found if it wasn’t for the daily digi. I love Gina Huff’s contribution this month.
    Thanks Steff!

I’ve even started to migrate to strictly digital since joining and will be starting to sell off some of my paper goods:) Scrapbooking just fits so much better on my 1TB external HD than in my entire basement:) Thank you!
