Very clever idea! I'm sure it would be helpful not to get bored and stuck with one layout since you're working on a few projects at the same time. Genius!

Hi Katie!

This is such a fabulous article! I, too, was a paper scrapper for 15+ years prior to trying out digital. I still do paper craft, however, I have kind of stuck with digital stuff lately, as it is just more cost effective right now.

The concept that you outline is awesome, and it reminds me of the old Creative Memories days where I actually had a power-scrapping system. Never thought to implement that into digital! Brilliant, just brilliant!

wow! thanks for taking the time to write such a helpful post! really made me feel better about some of the same things i already do in the whole process; and more importantly, gave me some good ideas as to how to make me more efficient! thank you!!!

Oh. My. Gosh. This is the most incredible idea. I started thinking this way after the 'get it done' post with the 'ready to scrap folder' idea... although I still haven't implemented it. :-/ But I LOVE this idea.. takes it a step further and breaks it down even more.
I don't know if I can handle what will feel like 'waiting' for a bunch of layouts to get done though. I like the gratification of working on a layout from start to finish. But I am going to try this out and see how it works for me, because I do like it a lot! And since I'm starting classes tomorrow, I will probably need it!
