Installing Actions for PSE 3 and 4

PC USERS:

1. Close Elements if it is running

2. Copy the entire folder (.atn files and .psd file) to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 3.0\Previews\Effects folder

3. Open the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 3.0\ Previews\Cache\Effects Cache folder.

4. Delete these three files: CategoryCache.che, ListCache.che,
ThumbnailCache.che

MAC USERS:

1. Close Elements if it is running

2. Copy the entire folder (.atn files and .psd file) to the Adobe Photoshop Elements 3 > Previews> Effects folder.

3. Open the Adobe Photoshop Elements 3 > Previews> Cache >     Effects Cache folder.

4. Delete these three files: CategoryCache.che, ListCache.che,
ThumbnailCache.che
