I first discovered Cinzia’s designs sometime last year and was so impressed with her unique style and quality and I couldn’t wait to get her scheduled to contribute to THE DIGI FILES! Let’s take a closer look at her contribution:

My daughter Bailey on the birdcage was hand cut. The one on the frame was extracted in Photoshop.
Traditional scrapbook materials used: clear rhinestones on hearts and bird’e eye, all brads, some buttons, ribbons, staples.
Birdcage and the bird was cut using Sizzix Tim Holtz Bigz Die (Caged Bird)

Married for 9 years – I have 2 Boys – Eric is 7 and Michael is 5
I started designing about 2 1/2 years ago. I worked in advertising for 15 yrs for a food distributor company as graphic artist and I also got into Photography. My sister in law and I have a studio in Dundas which we do as a part time business. When looking for some graphics one day to design a montage for one of my photography clients I came across a digital scrapbooking site and I was hooked! I loved it. Shortly after I started designing and I haven’t stopped. I currently work full time for the school board so my time for designing is limited but every spare minute I have, I design. I also design papers for BoBunny when asked. They are wonderful to work with and have some great products. I am very honoured to sell at Oscraps where some of the best designers call home. They are wonderful ladies and very very talented.
My inspiration comes from everything around me…from magazines to clothing to on line illustration sites to other designers. I usually start with a theme. This kit started as Happy Spring and I go from there. I find an illustration I like and I start designing the papers, then I design all the elements and word art. I design a few pages and I usually add more elements which I realize are needed once I start a page. I design alot of Quick pages mostly because I am so time deprived that I purchase alot of them myself so I fiqure others are like me and want pages already done for them.
I have a Dell laptop and I also purchased a 24″ monitor. So I use both screens. It’s great when you have alot of programs open so you spread them over 2 screens.
I use Photoshop CS2 and Illustrator CS.
I have a Canon 50D and have spent a fortune on lenses. lol 24 – 70L and 70-200L IS
I do have a Bamboo tablet however…I learned if you cannot draw a tablet won’t help you hahahaha
My favourite kit is “Life is Beautiful” I love the colours of the kit and Life is truly beautiful!

Ok.. I saw once a wrapping paper from her..but I have to say that I didn’t know her job yet.. OMG.. She is perfect.. How amazing her kits are and with so much criativity!! I would be in scrap heaven if I owned the Life Is Beautiful Bundle. If that is asking too much I have always wanted to do an ABC album so the ABC Quick Album would be my next choice.

Life is Beautiful is my favorite!
First off, that new Hello Spring kit is just fabulous. The featured floral paper blows me away. From Cinzia’s store, I’d pick Retro Fall–bright colors and funky.
Life is Beautiful Bundle is absolutely gorgeous. That would be my first pick and the close second would be Layered Template #4. Thanks for the opportunity.

Life is Beautiful is the only kit of Cinzia’s that I don’t have (yet). Her designs bring together color and elegance, which is why she is one of my top three favorites. I can scrap anything with her kits–kids, adults, special events–and I love to mix and match different parts of different kits on one layout.

I actually just found her, and I’m compiling a list of things I need! The one that caught my eye the most though, is “I Believe”. Yes, it’s a Christmas set, but I’m planning ahead to what I can do with it!

I have spent so long in Cinzia’s shop… not for the first time of course. I have always loved her funky fun style. Her attention to details.. She is just so original and that is her appeal. So is it Moments, thankful for you or Life is Beautiful? They are all such stunning kits that I feel like i NEED to own them!!!! Now I am off to play with my digifiles kit while I reflect on which kit I need to buy first.
