A big welcome back to Little Green Frog Designs! If find Andrea’s templates so easy and fun to work with! I love all of the paper shapes and layers she includes on each template. She also has a wide variety of photo sizes to fit all of our scrapping needs. Andrea does a really great job with her 2 page layout templates, which you KNOW I love! Let’s take a closer look at “Anthology” that is included in The Digi Files this month:

I’m Andrea and live on the North West coast of the UK. I’ve been married to my childhood sweetheart Adam for 15 years and we have two children, Jayden, 13 and Ellie, 9. I have just finished a year of college and am applying to university for 2014.
When not creating templates, I love reading, particularly crime fiction, watching Game of Thrones and spending time with the family. I am also in therapy for an addiction to Candy Crush and Facebook :p !
I don’t often scrap multi photo pages but decided to use this template set to scrap my daughter’s current favourites. While I like to scrap daily events, I also think it’s important to record those little things that represent a snapshot of a certain age or time. I love looking back on pages like this to see just how much my children’s tastes and preferences have changed over the years.
I paper scrapped for a few years creating albums for family and friends as gifts before stumbling on digi via a Disney scrapping site in 2009. I checked out a couple of the designers posting there and it wasn’t long before I was fully converted ! I loved that I could scrap in short bursts without having to pull out all my supplies and that I could reuse papers and elements over and over again.
I started CT’ing for a couple of designers (and am still on their teams!) and began to template my own layouts to give away on my blog. After some prompting by friends, I approached a few stores and finally began selling my templates in May 2011 at Funky Playground before moving to Scrap Orchard in January 2012. I still get a buzz when I see people using my templates in their own memory keeping.
I love pattern and colour and these occasionally invoke ideas or themes for a template set. I’m also a total pinterest addict and love checking out the latest creative trends.
Computer: Currently using a desktop PC but I do not have a clue about hardware specs. I leave all that to my hubby – he built this one for me.
Program: I use PSE10 and dabble in Illustrator.
Camera: Canon EOS 600D (Rebel T3i)
Anything Else: Two external hard drives (which are almost full) and Lightroom
Sometimes when a page isn’t looking the way I want it to, I like to play around with size or orientation. Highlight or link all your layers and either shrink or rotate them to create an entirely different look to your layout. I also like to do this when working with templates so I can get many different looks with the same template.
My favourite set can vary week on week but at the moment, I love my Happy Travels template set as I got to be a little more specific with the theming. I keep most of my sets pretty generic element wise so customers can gauge how their pages will look with their choice of kit but this particular set was to coordinate with a travel themed kit by Tickled Pink Studios.
My multi photo templates always seem to be amongst the more popular sets although I actually find multi photo templates harder to create as it’s not my own personal scrapping style. When I finished this set, the name automatically came to me through the use of the colour palette which is an achievement in itself as some of my team will tell you, it can take me forever to come up with a pack name that I like !!
