Hi! My name is Mye De Leon. I am from Manila, Philippines but currently living in Singapore. I’ve been married for over 7 years and have been blessed with twin daughters and a baby boy coming in a few months!

I have been designing digital scrapbook kits since 2009. Since then, my designs have pretty much evolved from being eclectic to shabby rustic. There are times though that I find myself creating in my old style. I love exploring and trying new things to help people in their memory keeping.

This is my best and most favorite layout of all. I was inspired by the happy emotions that my girls are displaying when my husband took that photo. I want to show to the world how proud I am for having them. I love how I did my clusters in this layout as well as the photo treatment.

One Heart, One Love layout; Supplies: One Heart Kit.

Scrapbooking was first introduced to me when I was in highschool, but I never really understood how things work back then so it did not progress. In 2007, I stumbled upon a colleague’s blog and saw her digital scrapbook layouts. I got fascinated and bugged her to teach me how to do it. That was my first encounter with Photoshop. I got addicted to digital scrapbooking and eventually got into traditional scrapbooking as well. However, the cost and clutter of traditional scrapping is something I can’t afford to have these days so I went back to digi and focused in it. In 2009, I started joining creative teams but there are things that you are looking for in kits that you just simply cannot find so I decided to try and do things on my own. I never knew it was even more addicting. My style has gradually changed and I am loving all my creations lately.

I am inspired by everything around me. I don’t limit myself to things in particular but any thing that catches my attention and stirs my curiosity becomes an inspiration.

Computer: Macbook Pro 15″
500 GB HDD and 2TB EHD
I was a solid PC user until my husband gifted me with this.
Program: Photoshop CS5 Extended
Adobe Lightroom 3
Camera: Our old Canon 1000D which we intend to upgrade pretty soon
Anything Else: CanoScan LiDE 700F
Wacom Pen and Touch
Don’t pressure yourself with all the many styles you see around. Recording and preserving those memories are the most important thing why we scrapbook so focus on your story instead of worrying about the fancy details of your page.

This is my go to kit. It’s a tea party theme in general but it can be used for just about any layout and when I am in the mood to scrap or when I am doing ads, I always come back to this. The colors are so rich and vibrant which I really love. What makes it more special is because I created this one together with the amazing Sugarplum Paperie!

This is by far my most popular kit. I’ve spent a couple of days creating this one, exploring the colors and eventually coming up with something that people love. I have long wanted to do a travel kit but because I don’t travel a lot, I could not bring myself to do it for a while. Then my team gave me all the inspiration I need, what they wanted to see in the kit and I just designed it for them. This is basically a team creation.
