I’m happy to be welcoming Danielle Young here with us this month in THE DIGI FILES. She has a really fun and flexible style that is truly her own. Let’s take a closer look at her contribution to TDF15 this month:

You get this fun kit along with everything else you see on our awesome designers page AND one more kit that we haven’t revealed yet for ONLY $5! It’s a great way for you to get to try some new designers out as well as stretch yourself at a very low risk to you. The profits from THE DIGI FILES are what keep us running and allow us to be here doing what we do (without ads). Plus SEVEN people will be randomly chosen from those that purchase TDF15 to each win $20 in product from this month’s designers.

Here’s what our team created with Danielle’s contribution:

I live near Atlanta with my husband and our sweet black labrador retriever. I’m a graphic designer by day, and I just celebrated my 28th birthday earlier this month!

I discovered at an early age that I had a passion for all things artistic. I was introduced to paper scrapbooking in grade school, and then while I was in college, I experienced the joys of Photoshop! 🙂 With my background in paper scrapbooking and my newly acquired digital skills, it was only natural that I began digital scrapbooking!

I’m usually inspired by a pattern or color palette that I see while I’m out [window] shopping. I’ve also been known to design kits that reflect my own life. For example: a kit for my many photos of my dog, a kit for my beach vacation photos, etc.

I work on a MacBook Pro, and you’ll usually find me designing while sitting on the sofa and watching my favorite TV shows! I design using both Photoshop & Illustrator CS4. My camera is a Canon XSi.
